The mission of Pollywogs Nature Playschool is to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate program that seeks to educate and nourish the mind, body, and spirit of the child through a Play & Nature-based education as well as practicing the art of honoring all living things including others, themselves and mother earth.

In service to the mission and goals of PNP, it is acknowledged that  Indigenous Peoples worldwide have practiced nature-based learning since time immemorial.

Pollywogs Nature Playschool programs take place on the traditional territory and homeland of the Wôpanâak (Wampanoag) nation. The Wampanoag, or People of the First Light, lived undisturbed on Nantucket for generations before the arrival of European settlers.
